Today I am so happy. Why you might ask? Well, despite having a headache (daily occurrence) and running around like crazy without enough time to do what I need to, I bought myself:
I am so excited to try this baby out, it's really quite ridiculous. See, I normally use a Swiffer WetJet for my in between cleanings, they are so convenient and I love to see how gross my floor was on those disposable thingy's.
But every so often I get down - ON MY HANDS AND KNEES no less, and scrub every inch of my floor with a Magic Eraser. (I'll have to do a post on how I love Magic Erasers some day...)
Anyway, so imagine my absolute delight when I go to buy myself a new mop, and discover A MAGIC ERASER MOP! Why I did not own this before, I do not know. I hope it lives up to my expectations. Wish me luck...

Pet Peeve #1
I will begin a series of posts listing my pet peeves, in a ranting/raving style. They are in no particular order, just as I think of them to share with all you wonderful blog readers. Enjoy!
Pet Peeve #1: Grown Men Who Are Obsessed With Video Games.
Seriously? What is up with these guys? It's one thing to have enjoyed The Legend of Zelda or Mario Bros. when you were in Elementary or Junior High School. But quite another to be spending your adult time playing freaky weirdo games like World of Warcraft or whatever it may be. Newsflash: You are an adult. Stop wasting your money (or yours and your wife's) money on video games and systems. Do something productive. Go back to school. Get a second job. Read a book. Watch some football. Help your wife clean the house or take care of the children. DO SOMETHING ELSE! Anything else. Because seriously? Video games? Come on now...nothing spells L-O-S-E-R like a grown man obsessed with playing them.
P.S. Josh does not play them and for that, I am so grateful.
P.P.S. If your hubby does, I'm sorry. (not sorry about this post, just sorry he plays them!)

Okay...
I may be going private. I hate private blogs but I read something disturbing today on my SIL's blog about how someone posted pictures of their kid's mohawk haircut, and then she later saw it on a Hitler Youth website! Maybe I'm overreacting but I would not be pleased if that happened to us.
So...leave me a comment if you want to continue reading my blog, and I'll invite you. I will delete your comment immediately after so no one else will have your email. (I'm on the computer pretty much all day...sad but true.)

My little punks.
This morning we gave the boys haircuts. We tried to give J.J. a mohawk. He wasn't having it. Just look at his facial expression! He wanted a haircut like his Daddy's so we ended up just buzzing it.
Trey prefers his hair "spiky", so I was trying to leave the top long and just blend the sides. But seeing as how he is 3 years old, he kept moving and I messed it up. So then we thought, what the heck, let's give him a mohawk for real! I think he likes it. It seems to fit his personality.
Who needs girls to have some dress-up fun? I have real live chia pets to play with!
Happy Halloween!
I hope everyone had a great Halloween! We sure did. The boys were pretty much in their costumes for 3 straight days. Well, except Samuel. He was less than thrilled. But at least he let me put it on and get some pictures! Anyway, we went to my parents' ward's Trunk or Treat, which was a lot of fun! Then we also went Trick-or-Treating on Friday night! I want everyone to take note that both Trey and J.J. are seen eating apples in a couple of these pictures. That was right before we left to go Trick-or-Treating. I am a good Mom!!!!! haha...
